Welcome to videocontentconsultant.com (the "Site"). This Site is operated by Robert Cassard • Video Content Consultant, LLC ("I" or "me"). I provide small businesses and organizations with (i) strategic advice, (ii) video content development services, (iii) fun and laughs along the way.
If you're reading this, I'm already impressed with your thoroughness. I've filled this page with legal jargon to protect me and make sure you don't take some piece of advice I've mentioned in my site, then sue me because it didn't work for you. Your company and your opportunities are unique. You need to get my real advice, applied to your situation.
Privacy Policy
I'm a big fan of privacy, so no information you provide through this site will ever be sold or used for anything other than me contacting you or working with you. You can opt-out of those communications whenever you want.
The only time I won't assume liability for a privacy breach is if I become the victim of a cyber attack and someone steals your contact info from me or one of my data service providers. Otherwise, your info is, and will remain, private.
If you decide to work with me, I always appreciate it when clients allow me to reference their experiences and share them as case studies. I like to use real names and financial results whenever a client is comfortable with that. It's part of our legacy and how we help others learn from our successes and mistakes. Sharing details isn't imperative though, and we'll nail down your preferences in the process of establishing our relationship.

NO ADVISOR - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
This is probably obvious, but the information I share in this web site, and your decision to use that information, does not create an advisor-client relationship. We need to actually talk, connect, formalize a few things.
Site and blog subscribers and online readers should not act upon any information in this site without first consulting with me or another brilliant content strategist. The hiring of a video content expert is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements and public claims. Grill 'em, snoop around, make sure they're who they claim to be.

I do not represent that the quality of video content and production services I perform is greater than the quality of services performed by other professionals. But I do think I'm pretty damn good and reasonably priced. In situations in which my fees are contingent or partially contingent on the outcome of the video content I help produce, my clients are obligated to pay out-of-pocket expenses and other fees regardless of outcome. Of course, prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes. Each project has unique facts and circumstances that impact results...hey, it's the real world.
