MV Transportation

MV Transportation is a billion-dollar transit provider to hundreds of regional and municipal transit agencies. The key to MV's success is its people.

MV Transportation employs tens of thousands across its many divisions in the US and Canada. 

To aid in recruiting the best of the best, MV's HR and Marketing departments commissioned a series of "Day in the Life" videos, featuring staff in a variety of roles, explaining their daily job responsibilities and experiences with the company. 

Shot on location in California, Texas, Illinois, and Florida, each video conveys the essence of an important job function at MV, by focusing in on one employee and telling their real-life story from an unscripted interview and location B-roll. 

I worked with MV Marketing to develop interview questions. ​The goal was to elicit impromptu answers that would allow me and my team to tell a complete, coherent story via creative editing only — without the need for any narration.

Together, the series shows anyone considering a career in the transportation field why MV is THE company to work for.
